Balance HR welcomes Valérie claessens as Associate Partner
Brussels, 14 May 2024 – Balance HR, leading specialist in HR interim management, is delighted to introduce Valérie Claessens as Associate Partner. Valérie’s primary focus will be servicing and expanding the Brussels and Walloon Brabant network.
Strengthening HR teams together
Valérie arrives with a backpack filled with expertise. Starting her career in marketing and communication, she later founded a successful MarCom outsourcing company. After running the company for almost a decade, she delved into HR and organizational change at bpost. Later, Valérie embarked on a freelance journey in HR and consulting missions. Now taking on the role of Associate Partner, she looks forward to continuing her journey within Balance HR.
Valérie states, 'I am eager to connect with HR fellows and organizations, delivering guidance to strengthen HR teams. Drawing from my background, I am also excited to contribute to communication. I can't wait to dive into this adventure with the Balance HR team!' In addition, Valérie remains actively involved in the field, keeping her finger on the pulse.
