Brussels, 24 January 2024 – Balance HR, a leading specialist in HR interim management, is delighted to introduce Aline Paulus as the new Associate Partner for Wallonia. Aline’s primary focus will be on servicing and expanding the network in this region.

With her extensive background in HR, working with service providers and holding diverse senior positions within organizations, Aline Paulus embarked as a freelance consultant in 2018. Now taking on the role of Associate Partner in January, she looks forward to continuing her journey within Balance HR.
Aline states, 'I am fully committed to being the bridge between HR interim managers and organizations, delivering guidance and fostering continuous dialogue to strengthen HR teams. And speaking of teams, I'm excited to undertake this with my colleagues at Balance HR.'
