BALANCE HR WELCOMES EMILY VANDENSTEEN AS HR OFFICER
Brussels, 15 September 2023 – Balance HR, a leading specialist in HR interim management, proudly announces the appointment of Emily Vandensteen as HR Officer. Emily's remarkable journey at Balance HR began in December when she joined as a dedicated work student, and today, we celebrate her transition to a full-time team member.
Growing together
Emily successfully balanced her student job with finalizing two studies. Her outstanding academic achievements include graduating in her Master's in Business Administration, specializing in People and Change Management at KU Leuven, and earning a Microdegree in HR-Payroll and Data Analysis at UC Leuven-Limburg.
Since August, Emily has taken on the role of HR Officer at Balance HR. In this newly created function, she embraces a wide spectrum of HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, learning and development, and rewards. Additionally, Emily oversees office affairs and plays a pivotal role in communication and community-building initiatives.
Reflecting on this next step, Emily shared, "I am excited to be part of the Balance HR team and contribute to the organization's growth. Having already had the opportunity to get to know the people and the company from the inside as a student is a tremendous asset. Here, I can explore various aspects of HR and make a tangible impact."
